One blocked toilet and a blocked sewer are not automatically the same call-out, and each version needs its own first move:

How long does blocked sewer take?
One fixture backing up on its own is usually cleared inside an hour. Once a root or a collapsed section is involved further down the line, it's a longer job, and we'll be upfront about that before starting.
Can blocked sewer be done without digging up the yard?
In many cases, yes. No-dig relining repairs a damaged section from inside the existing pipe, and jetting clears roots and grease without a trench at all.
Who is responsible if the blockage is in the sewer main?
